In the very first episode of The PowerMind Podcast, your host, Keith Southern is delighted to be joined by High Performance, Wellness and Resilience Coach and Founder of MAPPS Coaching, Ric Moylan.
Ric has spent his career coaching elite athletes to be the best versions of themselves including eight World and Olympic Champions along with the RAF and Special Forces troops. Over the years, Ric has coached 1000s of people and through this work, he realised that there were a handful of key principles everyone needs to live well. Based on this understanding, Ric founded his own coaching programme, Moylan Advanced Performance Principles (MAPPS)
In the inaugural episode of The PowerMind Podcast, Ric explains why he believes we are living in a world that has made us more stressed than ever before. He also discusses his belief that with a few simple principles, we can all live better, mentally and physically.
